1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear, lingerie, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.
- Discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange for a different size or color, please contact our customer care team first to confirm availability.
4. Faulty or Wrong Items
